WELCOME: We
welcome Dr. Kevin Smith to our staff. He will be
playing the piano and leading the singing until the end
of June when he will be moving to Minnesota. THANKS for
filing in Kevin! |

PEACE WITH JUSTICE SUNDAY:
Next Sunday,
May 18, will be a special offering observance. The
theme is to witness to God’s hope for faithful, loving
world. Your offering gives the United Methodist Church
a voice in advocating for peace and justice at home and
around the world. Envelopes will be inserted next week. |

WOMENS BIBLE STUDY: We are
going to have a summer Bible Study for women beginning
on Wednesday, May 21 at 7:00. It will be held in the
church parlor. The study is from the Women of Faith
conferences and is titled “Reinventing Your Life with
Grace”. It will be an 8 week study. Several ladies
will take turns facilitating the sessions. Please feel
free to attend on any/all weeks!! |

PIZZAS: If you ordered
pizza from Hillary for Brazil mission trip, they are in
the freezer in the kitchen for you to pick up. Please
mark off your name when you get them. She was not able
to deliver all of them before she left school.
